Eureka County, in a joint effort with NACO (National Association of Counties), is offering a discount prescription drug program administered by CVS Caremark.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Simply present your card at a participating pharmacy and save an average of 22% on your prescription drugs. There is no application fee and no enrollment form necessary. Simply pick up an Id card and brochure at one of the following locations, and it is ready to use at any of the over 59,000 participating pharmacies across the country:

  • Eureka Medical Clinic
  • Eureka Senior Center
  • Crescent Valley Clinic
  • Fannie Komp Senior Center - Crescent Valley
